Juicing up breakfast is Jui's favorite hobby😄 She made creamy 'Green goodness' smoothie with spinach, cashews, apple and an over ripe banana. We love that she subbed avocado with Karma Nuts Raw Jumbo Cashews to get the thick creamy texture. Perfect for a warm spring day!

Energy bars are best for the mid afternoon hunger pangs. We usually have a stash of energy bars or energy balls at the side of my desk. These Cashew- Peanut bars are crunchy and so much more textured because of the ingredients in them.
Jui made these energy bars in an Indian style chikki. Chikki is basically a fudgy bar made with dry fruits, nuts and peanuts. Great texture and great fun!

Fresh mangoes are our favorites! There is nothing that can beat the tart sweetness of India's favorite. Our friend Jui put together a beautiful recipe that celebrates this delicious fruit.

I made this Kung Pao Spaghetti recipe and it's been in regular rotation since. It only takes 30 minutes to make and is so delicious. I created this gluten free version using Karma Nuts Sea Salt Wrapped Cashews which adds a totally new layer of texture and crunchiness.
