Today's recipe comes from our friend @sravani.chinni.18062, who makes these delicious sweet 'n' salty delights for festive occasions - or just for a fun treat for the family! 

 

  • 2 cups grated/shredded coconut

  • 2 cups jaggery

  • 2 tsp ghee

  • Cardamom powder

  • 1/2 cup Karma Nuts Sea Salt Wrapped Cashews, chopped

Directions:

  1. In pan add 2 tsp ghee and heat until melted
  2. Sauté 2 cups of coconut and toast until it you smell a fragrant aroma
  3. In separate pan heat 2tsp water and add jaggery, cook it until 2 string consistency
  4. Sprinkle in a few dashes of cardamom powder, and chopped cashews
  5. Mix coconut and jaggery mixtures and cool
  6. Form dough into 1" balls and enjoy!
