S'mores are the perfect treat, but are not always easy without a handy campfire. So we decided to create a delicious recipe using just a microwave, boosting the healthy fats and protein with our tasty cashews. Using just four ingredients, this is a definite crowd pleaser for an easy weekday treat or a big batch to take to a party!

What You'll Need:
- 40 g Karma Nuts Cashews, chopped (I used a Wrapped Sea Salt snack pack but you can use any)
- 100 g / 7 sheets of graham crackers, broken up
- 350 g chocolate (I used milk chocolate, but you can pick your favorite)
- 80 g mini marshmallows
Directions:
- Prepare full sized cookie sheet by covering in parchment paper, place to side
- Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl and heat for 30 second increments, stirring between each session until fully melted
- Stir in crushed grahams, marshmallows and chopped cashews until coated
- Scoop rounded spoonfuls of mixture and place on cookie sheet, ensuring that mounds are not touching
- Put cookie sheet into freezer for around 20 minutes
- Take out and enjoy (or refrigerate in sealed container for up to 2 weeks)
