Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
Eligibility: This Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Sponsorship: The Giveaway sponsor is Karma Nuts Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at 11501 Dublin Blvd 200 Dublin, CA 94568. Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Giveaway, are not eligible to participate. Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.
Entry Period: This Giveaway begins on June 6, 2023 at 12:01 AM PST and ends on August 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM PST ("Entry Period").
How to Enter: During the Entry Period, leave a review for one of the products leave a product text review on our website for any eligible product. Each product review will earn you one raffle entry into the Giveaway. Submitting a unique high-resolution photo along with text review will earn two additional raffle entries, limited to two per product. Submitting a high resolution video review of minimum 10 seconds along with text review will earn fifteen additional raffle entries, limited to one per product. All entries, including text, photos and videos become the property of Sponsor. The Sponsor may use the submitted material for marketing or other business purposes.
Giveaway: One giveaway will be awarded. Winner gets to select between a $100 Amazon gift card or $125 Karma Nuts gift card.
Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Giveaway and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a giveaway to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage in the Giveaway, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant, giveaway will be awarded to the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by the internet service provider responsible for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with Giveaway rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the giveaway in a separate random drawing. Winner will be notified by email. Inability of Sponsor to contact winner by telephone within seventy two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion. Giveaway will be sent to winner electronically within fourteen (21) days after winner has been notified and accepted the giveaway. If giveaway is returned as undeliverable, then giveaway will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly drawn.
Odds: The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received, according to the eligibility requirements in the Giveaway.
General Terms: By entering this Giveaway, you promise to abide by the Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which will be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. Sponsor will not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss of any kind arising out of your participation in the Giveaway. YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, INJURIES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY. Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Giveaway, you grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your submissions, including text, photo and videos without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and other publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.
Winner's Name: The name of winners is available only within 14 days after close of the Giveaway. To receive the name of the winner, where permitted by law, please contact Sponsor by email at info@karmanuts.com
