Turmeric Paleo Wraps with Chicken, Veggies, and KARMA Wrapped Cashews by LIVING LEAN WITH ERIN

They're SO GOOD! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Turmeric Paleo Wrap (Julian Bakery)
  • 4 KARMA WRAPPED Cashews, crushed
  • 2 ounces grilled chicken, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Pinch curry
  • Pinch turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons coconut balsamic vinegar 
  • 1 TBS toasted coconut
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. 
  2. Cut the Paleo wrap into 4 squares. Press into 4 muffin cups. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly golden. 
  3. Remove and cool for 5 minutes. 
  4. Toss remaining ingredients together in a bowl. 
  5. Fill cups and enjoy!
