They're SO GOOD!
- 1 Turmeric Paleo Wrap (Julian Bakery)
- 4 KARMA WRAPPED Cashews, crushed
- 2 ounces grilled chicken, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Pinch curry
- Pinch turmeric
- 2 teaspoons coconut balsamic vinegar
- 1 TBS toasted coconut
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Cut the Paleo wrap into 4 squares. Press into 4 muffin cups. Bake for 5 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove and cool for 5 minutes.
- Toss remaining ingredients together in a bowl.
- Fill cups and enjoy!
